Restructuring & Special Situations

I advise creditors, companies and stakeholders on corporate restructurings, distressed situations and complex debt negotiations.

My work includes analysing creditor positions, restructuring plans and recovery scenarios; coordinating with financial and restructuring advisers; and participating in negotiations with banks, public financing bodies, investors and other stakeholders.

I also advise on contentious issues arising from restructuring processes, including disputed claims, challenges to restructuring plans and situations involving potential corporate or director liability. My role is to connect the legal position with the commercial realities of the matter and the client’s recovery objectives.
