This website does not include an online enquiry form. Email links open your own email application. I receive only the information you choose to send to my professional email address.
I use the contact details and information you send to assess and respond to your enquiry. Where you ask about engaging my services, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before an engagement. For other professional correspondence, I rely on my legitimate interest in responding to the communication.
I retain correspondence for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and meet applicable legal obligations, including any relevant limitation periods. If an engagement follows, I provide the information applicable to the client file separately.
Please do not include identity documents or sensitive case materials in your initial email.
Website hosting
This website is hosted through OpenAI’s Sites service. The hosting service may process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information and access times, to deliver and secure the website. Enquiry messages are handled through email, outside this website.
Your rights
You may contact me to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or restriction, portability or objection where applicable. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
