I advise and represent clients in civil and commercial disputes involving contracts, corporate relationships, assets, debt and liability.

My work covers the initial assessment of the dispute, evidence and procedural risks; pre-litigation negotiations; coordination with procuradores and experts; and representation throughout the proceedings.

Where litigation is unavoidable, I build the strategy around both the legal merits and the client’s commercial objective. Where an effective settlement is possible, I negotiate from a fully prepared litigation position.
